Project Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate and high-quality drawings of Design Development, Development Order (D.O.), Building Plan (BP), Tender, and Construction Drawings.
2. Work closely with clients, consultants, and project team to provide intelligent solutions and strategies on projects.
3. Attend all local authorities’ requirements (meetings, submissions, inspections, etc.) where and when required.
4. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
5. Implement and independently manage project drawings and changes to support all phases of the project.
6. Collaborate with the technical and project team to understand design issues or errors and provide solutions to ensure the product meets intended design objectives.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least a Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
2. Professional architects are encouraged to apply for this position.
3. Required skills in design and drafting, proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software.
4. Personality traits: Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal-focused.
5. Strong analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to tolerate stress and work under a pressured environment.
