With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Job Description:

  • Organize, file, and submit test documentation for review and approval.
  • Track and ensure proper maintenance of testing equipment.
  • Assist with coordination between domestic engineers and the testing team in Malaysia.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the engineering and testing teams, including scheduling, reports, and correspondence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a technical or project environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin , essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.
