Project Administrator
Are you organised and have a keen eye for detail? As our Project Admin, you play an important supporting role to our Sales and Projects teams by drafting sales quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, documenting and organising project info and files and other related matters that help deliver our projects along in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

1. Draft quotations, sales orders and delivery orders on a cloud-based system.
2. Input project quantities, details onto Google Sheets.
3. Communicate with relevant stakeholders (tenderers or clients) via e-mail or telephone to request for project information or any other relevant info.
4. Assist Sales Team with material selection, sampling, shipping estimation, stock reservation.

Requirements
Attention to detail; organised and meticulous.
