Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

The incumbent requires to involve in Corporate Segment sales performance targets setting and monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

What are you accountable for?

  • Prepare, review & monitor daily, weekly & monthly business performance, providing insights of business performance and escalating potential risk/ gaps for management review. Establish criteria for performance evaluation independently, assess potential risk and opportunities and propose mitigation for business owners’ consideration.
  • Ensure databases & analysis work are reliable, timely & accurate, support and deliver performance dashboard and evaluation by management/ senior encompasses revenue, cost, profitability & etc., translating into actions for business owners.
  • Derive actionable insights and routinely present recommendation from analysis.
  • Demonstrate good judgement in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance and proposing solutions.
  • Biz partner to stakeholders and support on strategic projects to advise project team in performance request include business simulation to support management decision making.
  • Design and strategize sales incentive structure and target setting for sales team.
  • Lead the coordination between various internal stakeholders such as Sales Ops, Service Delivery, Revenue Assurance, Sales Planning, Finance, Compliance, Marketing and others.

What do you need to have for this role?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Recognized degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skill to process business drivers and translate trending into meaningful initiatives or roadmap.
  • Great problem-solving skills, self-motivated with strong analytical thinking.
  • Meticulous, pay attention to every single detail in processes.
  • Experienced in engaging stakeholders and regional teams and obtain buy-in.
  • Advanced user in Salesforce, MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication.
