Program Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Program Manager to support Transportation Sourcing Managers. This role requires expertise in data handling, reporting, and coordination within the supply chain and logistics domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compute and update monthly fuel surcharge.
• Prepare, validate, and load freight rates into the system.
• Extract key data from multiple sources and generate reports.
• Compile and publish key performance indicators (KPIs), spend data, and benchmarking reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in supply chain management (preferred).
• Experience in logistics sourcing or the transportation industry (advantageous).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (data queries, merging datasets, analytics). Power BI experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to attend calls during MYT night hours (if required).

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid role – primarily virtual but may require occasional office presence.
