Program Manager

General Responsibility:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Program Manager to oversee and manage key account-related initiatives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams across different countries, managing customer change requests, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project/program management, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   Develop and implement project plans to address key account-related objectives.
   Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
   Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
2. Customer Change Request Management:
   Act as the primary point of contact for handling customer change requests.
   Coordinate change requests from internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
   Coordinate and collaborate with sales and application teams to prioritize change requests and effectively communicate them to customers.
   Follow guidance from the global product manager to ensure change requests are handled according to strategic priorities.
3. Stakeholder Management:
   Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders and product managers.
   Understand customer needs and expectations to deliver exceptional service.
   Provide regular updates and reports on project status and key deliverables.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
   Monitor project performance against KPIs and objectives.
   Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
   Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Authorities:

Team Management: To manage and coordinate the key account team members, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the successful execution of the project/change request.

Key Competencies and Skills:

1. Experience in managing change requests and handling escalations is highly desirable.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
4. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
2. Professional certification such as PMP, higher or equivalent.
3. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in key account management or customer-focused roles.
5. Experience or knowledgeable in manufacturing processes, Vacuum-valve, Semi-conductor process/application.
6. Proficiency in German language is an added advantage.
