Program Manager

Description:

• This position is responsible for Transfer Project Manager and Facilities Management of the workplace.
• Oversee the Project Management and project life cycle for Product Transfer, Green Field Project and Planning to build facilities which are of quality and incorporate smart features.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor activity progress for the project in line with the project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and report potential delays including mitigation recommendations.
• Formulate development strategies on space management, infrastructure planning, project development, and management to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Translate users' requirements to design brief & technical specifications, establish a project budget for the procurement of consultancy services and construction contracts.
• Be a champion in leading green practices and promote sustainability in the operations and maintenance of buildings & facilities.
• A self-driven and meticulous individual who has the strong ability to multi-task.
• Meet KPI standards, and devise pro-active measures to improve building maintenance standards efficiency.
• Responsible for managing contracts, Capex & Opex expense budgets within approved allocations with monthly updates.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience in project development and facilities management in research or industrial facility.
• Relevant industry experience working in a highly regulated environment such as Electronics will be highly preferred.
• Confident in communicating, with good ability to think creatively and apply strategic thinking to tasks.
• Good time management skills and ability to deliver results under tight timelines.
