Program Director / Senior Manager, SEA (Projects Managing)

Advisory:

Providing clients with the global expertise and resources necessary to develop best-in-class risk mitigation and workplace programs. We also provide access to our medical and security experts to help build internal systems to best prepare, respond to and manage issues most critical to the organization.

Programs:

Providing clients with a market-leading suite of end-to-end advisory and management services. We also provide oversight of the client journey, inclusive of process and protocol finalization, to effectively engage clients, successfully implement their solutions, and position them for ongoing success.

Managed Services:

Providing select clients with customized solutions that might include services ranging from information analysis, assessment, service arrangement, forecasting and advisory.

B. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The Program Director/ Senior Manager, Consulting plays a critical leadership role in driving the development, delivery, and optimization of the Health & Security consulting and solutions business in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and global standards. Acting as a key coordinator and subject matter expert, the Program Director/ Senior Manager ensures seamless program execution, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

The Program Director/ Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end consulting delivery process, focusing on operational performance, profitability, and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Strategy and Delivery: Lead project scoping, pricing, delivery, and profitability analysis, while ensuring adherence to global standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align consulting solutions with client needs and strategic goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and optimize operational procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality in consulting delivery.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and support consulting teams to foster collaboration and high performance.
  • Performance Management: Monitor financial targets and implement improvements based on project outcomes and feedback.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Support regional and global initiatives to drive innovation, growth, and team capability development.

C. Key Responsibilities

Scoping, Costing, and Billing:

  • Oversee the scoping, pricing, and billing of consulting proposals, ensuring alignment with global standards and coordination with Medical and Security Services teams.
  • Support business development efforts by assisting in client pitches and participating in client-facing engagements (calls, meetings, etc.) as needed.
  • Manage cost of sales in line with project contracts while ensuring proper billing practices in compliance with Group guidelines.
  • Escalate non-standard proposals to the Director of Operations, Consulting and assist in scoping when approved.

Project Management and Service Delivery Quality:

  • Ensure consulting projects are delivered in line with the defined scope, timelines, and global Health & Security Consulting standards.
  • Lead the use of approved delivery templates for standard services and coordinate the creation of new templates for non-standard proposals.
  • Provide leadership and expertise in managing Health & Security Consulting service delivery to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee client communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring expectations are clearly managed and the project plan is well-communicated.
  • Implement and coordinate delivery processes, including research, peer-review, editing, and report delivery, with robust quality assurance practices.

Organization and Tracking:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Consulting Support, Medical Services Operations, Security Solutions, and Medical teams for project coordination and delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for managing and coordinating cross-border and cross-regional consulting projects.
  • Maintain project tracking systems (e.g., Financial Force) to monitor consulting business performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Identify and address gaps in delivery processes that impact service quality and gross margin performance, escalating as necessary.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals and program delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Required Languages

  • English essential at a high written and spoken standard.
  • Other languages advantageous.
