Job Description

  1. Assisting in recruitment operations related tasks.
  2. Advertising the position internally & externally. Advertise all vacancies in MYFutureJobs portal for not less than 30 days before the Bank can offer the position to an expatriate/foreign worker.
  3. Schedule interview and send the invitation to hiring managers and candidates.
  4. Ensure all documentation throughout the selection process is submitted by the candidate and perform the due diligence.
  5. Notify line manager if the employee is short-listed for an interview based on internal application.
  6. Promptly advise unsuccessful applicants within 7 days after the selection process has been concluded, and the successful candidate(s) identified.
  7. Provide technical assessment to the candidate and ensure completion within the timeline provided.
  8. Ensure timely submission of career conversation form from panel interviewers.
  9. Ensure passing the pre-employment medical check-up at appointed panel clinics/hospital, Verity & OCISS report.
  10. Prepare LO checklist and submit all required documents to RC Ops team for LO issuance.
  11. Keeping with the Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality policies.

  1. Sourcing & review profile from recruitment platform/recruitment agency.
  2. Validating document.
  3. Salary negotiation.
  4. Preparing approval paper.
  5. Ad hoc task if required.

  2. Microsoft Word.
  3. Microsoft Outlook.
  4. Communication.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
  2. Highly developed proficiency in English.
  3. Talent-and-execution focused future-ready.
  4. Getting the talents with the right skills, knowledge, experiences and in a timely manner in accordance to the SLA set by the organization.
  5. It is essential that local legislation and practices be observed at all times.
  6. Consistent track record in meeting customer needs.
