Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneur (PROTEGE)

As a Protégé Trainee at Maybank, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey designed to equip you with essential skills and knowledge in various areas of banking. You will be involved in hands-on working experience and receive mentorship from experienced professionals. This program will help you build a solid foundation for a rewarding career in the financial sector.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Malaysian Citizens
2. Any education backgrounds are welcome
3. Recent graduates or individuals with below 2 years of relevant experience are welcome
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
6. Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the organization

As a Protégé Trainee at Maybank, you will undergo an eight (8) months on-the-job training within Maybank Group business unit nationwide.
