Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with HCPs to promote and update Aspen’s range of products within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed allocated sales target and sales objectives in assigned territory.
  • Effective executions of sales action plans, marketing activities and strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Regularly monitor territory sales performance and trends to ensure performance is in line with objectives. Explore and expand new customer base to drive growth.
  • Identify, establish and maintain good rapport with key doctors, key opinion leaders as well as decision makers to increase product advocacy and awareness.
  • Build trust and credibility with customers by demonstrating professionalism acting within Aspen code of conduct.
  • Maintain up to date calls report and customer database by fully utilizing Pocket Wise SFE system to maximize territorial management efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance of all company policies, code of conduct and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be a graduate preferably in business, health or any life science degrees.
  • 2 – 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates that possess the discipline, enthusiasm, energy, and motivation to meet the challenges of a pharmaceutical sales role.
  • Candidates must have excellent communication, planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive working attitude, resourceful, energetic, result oriented and a good team player.
  • Possess valid driving license and own transport.
