Professional Medical Representative

About the role

As a Professional Medical Representative at IMAGE PHARMA SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in promoting the company's pharmaceutical and medical device products to healthcare professionals. This full-time position is based in Kuching, Sarawak, and involves engaging with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders to drive sales and expand the company's presence in the local market.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers in the assigned territory
• Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and appropriate use of the company's products
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product promotion and customer engagement
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, such as conferences, exhibitions, and product launches
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement effective promotional campaigns

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a medical/pharmaceutical sales representative, with a proven track record of successfully promoting healthcare products. However, fresh graduates are acceptable.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, as well as the local healthcare landscape
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex medical information to healthcare professionals
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to achieve sales goals
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, pharmacy, or business
