Production Worker

Job Title: F&B Production Worker
Department: Food & Beverage Production
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Manager

Job Summary:

The F&B Production Worker is responsible for assisting in the preparation, processing, packaging, and quality control of food and beverage products. They ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations while maintaining efficiency in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate food processing and packaging equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Assist in ingredient preparation, mixing, and assembling food products.
• Monitor production lines and conduct quality checks to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, machinery, and equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols, including HACCP and GMP regulations.
• Label, package, and store finished products correctly.
• Assist in inventory management and report shortages or issues to supervisors.
• Follow production schedules and meet output targets.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift/move materials as needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
