Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
Assemble, inspect, and package finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.
Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Calibrate or adjust equipment to ensure quality production, using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, projectors, or pin gauges.
Document production output and report any deviations or defects to supervisor.
Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve production efficiency.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to optimize operations.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience.
