Production Supervisor (Non Halal Food Manufacturer)

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the cutting and processing plant
• Ensuring quality standards are met
• Managing staff and providing training and development
• Maintaining efficient production
• Meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Working with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Troubleshooting any production or operational issues
• Developing and implementing plans to improve operations
• Creating and managing budgets
• Developing new strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
• Reporting to upper management on progress and issues

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/ Professional Degree in Business/Food Science/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• This role requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with comparable interests and certification/qualification backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, QAQC, Production, HACCP, GMP.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing Food and Beverage/Food Production Operations or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess own transport and be able to work in Taman Tan Sri Yaacob, Skudai.
• Able to start on short notice is an advantage.
