Job description

Job Requirements:

Experience in Injection Molding & Assembly part will be added advantage.
Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Basic skill for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Applicant must be able to work on rolling shift pattern.
Applicants must be able to work in SENAI.

Job Responsibilities:

Planning, leading, organizing, and taking corrective action on daily detective and output performance.
Conduct meetings with subordinates to fix quality, productivity, and improvement activities for the production line.
Ensure production runs smoothly according to schedule plan and meets production schedule.
Summarize daily production and detective issues, then report to the superior for necessary action.
Monitor and maintain good 5S practice and production at all times.
