Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedule.
2. Ensure production is strictly produced according to product specification and standard operating procedure.
3. Enforce company policies and safety procedures for staff.
4. Adhere to and implement the documented procedures in the Quality and Environmental Management System.
5. Keep machinery and measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
6. Identify any non-conformance products.
7. Monitor subordinate attendance and time out.
8. Prepare production performance and progress report.
9. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvement plans.
10. Provide job training to workers to meet production goals.
11. Ensure the effectiveness of 6S practice and always keep the production area clean and tidy.
12. Any other responsibilities as instructed by Superior.

Requirements

1. Minimum five (5) years relevant work experience in Manufacturing or related working experience.
2. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills.
6. Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
