Production Supervisor

Job Requirements:
Leading & supervise a production line to ensure proper, efficient & effective result.
Ensure all quality & production standard are met.
Establish employee environment regarding communication, feedback & overall guidance.
Administer production operators on proper training, work instruction and tools to perform their duties.
Monitor production operator performance & take corrective action as needed.
Report to Superior for any irregularity in work related issues.
Monitor safety and housekeeping program are always adhered.
Other assigned duties by Superior as and when needed.

Qualification/Skills Experience
STPM/Certificates/Diploma/Degree qualifications or related.
Min 2 years working experience with related field.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia and other language is advantage.
Able to communicate effectively and great leadership skills.
With good attendance and have good working attitude.

Male
Have basic IT skills (data analysis) – Phyton, PowerBI, Tableau etc

Office Hours: Monday - Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
