PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist and report to the production engineer/manager.
2. Conduct rebar inspection before it is inspected by Engineer and RTO. Seek engineer assistance for any discrepancies on drawing or rebar/mesh.
3. Ensure casting according to the production schedule given by Engineer/Production Manager.
4. Ensure Sub-Contractor fabricates and installs rebar/mesh as per the latest drawing.
5. Ensure sub-contractor carries out proper casting methods as per PQP.
6. Ensure sub-contractor fixes sufficient external vibrators and pokers.
7. Ensure no grout leaking from molds during casting in progress.
8. Follow up with QC Departments for their comments and ensure all comments are implemented during pre-pour inspection. Avoid repeating the same mistakes at pre-pour stage.
9. Closely monitor sub-contractor progress to achieve daily/weekly and monthly targets given by the production manager.
10. Minimize rebar wastage at pre-pour stage.
11. Ensure line housekeeping on a daily basis.
12. Highlight any defects on molds to the engineer immediately.
13. Inform maintenance immediately in case of machinery breakdown.
14. Respond to superiors timely via WhatsApp.
