Production Supervisor

Job Responsibility

1. Production Oversight
   Supervise three active assembly lines to ensure production targets are met.
   Monitor and manage the performance of injection, blow moulding, stamping, and welding processes.
   Troubleshoot equipment and manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
2. Quality Control & Standards
   Conduct inspections to ensure products meet company and regulatory quality standards.
   Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for all sprayer models (manual, electric, stainless steel).
3. Team Management
   Lead, train, and supervise a team of production workers to ensure smooth operations.
   Organize daily workflow, assign tasks, and ensure team adherence to safety protocols.
4. Operational Efficiency
   Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to improve production efficiency.
   Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
5. Safety & Compliance
   Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines throughout the production facility.
   Conduct routine safety training and equipment checks.
6. Reporting
   Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
   Provide insights on performance trends and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Experience
   Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
   Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment (experience in injection moulding, stamping, or agriculture-related production is an advantage).
2. Skills & Knowledge
   Hands-on experience with assembly line management and moulding/welding machinery.
   Strong leadership and team-building skills.
   Ability to handle a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.
   Solid understanding of quality assurance and lean manufacturing principles.
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems for scheduling and reporting.
