Production Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

1. To conduct and organize shop quality meeting, promotion and improvement activities;
2. To manage shop quality KPI to ensure shop adherence to standards and requirements;
3. To enhance shop quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO requirements;
4. To lead and manage the quality team's daily activities, including routine tasks such as thickness and color matching checks, drawing versus actual inspections and material para verification;
5. To conduct internal ISO 9001 audits within the shop. Identify non-compliances, report findings and follow up with leaders to ensure implementation of corrective actions and rectification plans.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Engineering or any related field with minimum CGPA 3.0;
2. 2 years experience in similar role is required;
3. Knowledge on ISO 9001;
4. Excellent communication skills, leadership and influencing skills;
