Production Supervisor

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor, located in Bayan Lepas. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, creating and maintaining production schedules, and ensuring that production plans are adhered to. This role includes managing a team, ensuring effective communication among team members, and directing production management activities to meet quality and efficiency standards. Nevertheless, this role involves overseeing material handlers for material validation tasks, material pre-cut, and cycle count.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience
• Experience in Production Planning and creating Production Schedules
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Bayan Lepas
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in the semiconductor industries is a plus
