This role involves fermentation monitoring, yeast management, and CIP of vessels and lines while ensuring hygiene, safety, and COM compliance. It also supports brewing operations (BH2/BH3), including material intake, malt/rice transfers, and BOTEC/SCADA-controlled processes. Additional responsibilities include ordering cellar materials and conducting self-audits for continuous improvement.
