Job Summary

• Production Quality Engineer is responsible for identifying quality issues and getting to the root of the problem.
• Collaborate with teams and suppliers to identify issues and conduct analysis for the FA report.
• Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
• Monitor the entire production Yield Rate and report on malfunctions.
• Supervise the implementation of solutions and preventive measures.
• Generate/Collect quality data and perform analysis.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Education: BSEE, BSME, MSEE, MSME.
2. Strong background and experience with Quality Assurance and issue handling.
3. Experience in computer/storage server or data center industry.
4. Enthusiastic, creative and persistent to serve the company.
5. Business level or higher communication skills in English.
6. Computer skills: Windows and Office.
