Production Planning Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily scheduling tasks in the Developing Lab on test equipment.
• Plan lab schedules and manage job orders based on priority and configurations for night and weekend test runs.
• Follow up on incoming material (ICs) and distribute them to engineers.
• Manage unit distribution within the lab.
• Take ownership of job orders, ensure completion, and dispose of them when necessary.
• Follow up on tester requirement allocation based on configuration needs.

Job Description:

• Arrange Work Orders into testers’ scheduler based on priority, tester type, and test time given.
• Follow up on closure of Work Orders.
• Understand and dispose of Work Orders if they are on hold.
• Submit and follow up on MRS tickets with relevant parties to ensure ticket closure and shipment delivery.
• Follow up on incoming material inventory with relevant teams and ensure inventory registration in the system of record.
• Follow up on tester requests vs. product demand from the allocation spreadsheet.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1+ Years experience with a manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work full onsite in Penang
