PRODUCTION PLANNER EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

1. Organize production workflow for one or multiple products.
2. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
3. Delegate manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
4. Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
5. Schedule shift according to production needs.
6. Supervise jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
7. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
8. Gain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.).
9. Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
10. Keep paperwork organized.
11. Work with quality control, warehouse and other staff.

Requirements

1. Proven work experience as production planner.
2. Exceptional knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
3. Good at math and statistics.
4. Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication abilities.
6. Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; Further education or certification is preferred.
