Production Planner

• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands, production capacity, and inventory targets.
• Ensure that production schedules are aligned with sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Prioritize orders based on urgency, available resources, and customer delivery dates.

Production Optimization:

• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Continuously improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, quality control, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations.
• Communicate any delays or changes in production schedules to relevant stakeholders and customers.
• Participate in regular meetings to report on production status, issues, and improvements.

Forecasting & Demand Planning (Order Fulfillment):

• Work with the sales and marketing teams to gather input on future demand and customer orders.
• Use forecasting techniques to predict production needs and avoid overproduction or shortages.
• Adjust production schedules in response to changes in customer demand or unforeseen disruptions.
