Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing Production Plans based on SCM/Sales forecast to meet customer's requirement
• Liaise with the SCM Department to ensure warehouse are well maintained and properly stocked
• Issuing and tracking manufacturing orders, Inventory movement, ensuring that required material is supplied to the production, as according to the production schedule
• Liaise with the Purchasing and SCM Department to ensure the required materials are purchased on time
• Collaborate with SCM and Sales Department to align production plans with business objectives
• Performs to follow-up on daily/weekly production schedule and production output
• Review the actual production quantity in the product planning sheet on daily basis
• To understand production process, collect related information, make analysis and report to the superior
• Collaborate with related departments to do investigation towards production quality issue, organize and report to the superior
• Generate, update and manage SOPs/WIs of production
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to update superior on project / task progress
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior

The QMS of RL meets the requirements of the EN ISO 13485:2016, HALAL and MS ISO 13485:2017. RL facilitates with an in-house QC Laboratory which complies with ISO 17025.
