Job Responsibilities

1. Understand and follow machines operate according to Work Instruction or Work Guidance Sheet.
2. Operate machines to produce parts or products, ensuring that all tools and equipment are working to their maximum capacity.
3. Monitor machine or tooling performance during operation, adjusting settings as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
4. Receive and follow instruction from supervisor or leader.
5. Follow production schedules to meet deadlines.
6. Achieve daily production output against target.
7. Ensure parts/products are produced within specifications (appearance and dimension) quality control in every process.
8. Maintain and record the daily production record or all related record and documentation.
9. Perform daily inspection of machine and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety to use.
10. If any abnormality is found, immediately inform the leader or supervisor.
11. Ensure 5’S activity is practiced in the section.
12. Always wear PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) during tasks in the working section or required place.
13. Maintain housekeeping.
