Production Management

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with departments (Sales, Supply Chain) to align production with material availability.
• Monitor production capacity and adjust schedules to optimize resources.
• Track production performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime.

Direct Management of Production Team

• Lead and supervise the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assign tasks and set production goals for the team.
• Provide training and development for team members.
• Foster a positive and safe working environment.
• Address production issues and manage team performance.

Inventory and Warehouse Management

• Oversee inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels and accuracy.
• Manage warehouse organization, tracking materials and products.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory compliance.
