Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. In charge of the product workmanship and quality of methods, techniques, and processes.
2. Optimize production output with minimum cost.
3. Assist the factory manager in executing various production management tasks.
4. Ensure and oversee all production activities and operator compliance with workplace safety requirements.
5. Work closely with other departments as needed.
6. Perform all other duties as assigned.
7. Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
8. Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
9. Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
