Production Manager

• In charge of the product workmanship, product quality of methods, techniques, and processes
• Optimize production output with minimum cost
• Assist factory manager to execute various production management tasks
• Ensure and oversee all production activities and operator compliance with workplace safety requirements
• Work closely with other departments as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
• Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
• Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
