Production Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager-Plastic Injection, located in Simpang Ampat. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the plastic injection molding production process, ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of production activities. Day-to-day tasks include managing production schedules, monitoring production performance, maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety compliance. The Production Manager will also be involved in inventory management, staff supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Plastic Injection Molding, Quality Control, Production Supervision
• Experience in managing production schedules and coordinating production activities
• Skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining safety standards
• Competence in staff supervision and team management
• Proficiency in inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisive decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Polymer or related field
• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is a plus
