Production Manager

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified with a Grade 2 or Grade 1 Steam Engineer Competent Certification from DOSH (JKKP).
• Willing to work in a rural area.
• At least 7 years of experience in the palm oil industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage equipment, systems, and activities related to steam within the facility.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards for boiler operations and maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with DOSH (JKKP) regulations and audit requirements for steam facilities.
• Supervise daily production activities to optimize resource use, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee oil extraction rates (OER) and kernel extraction rates (KER), meet production targets, and manage waste.
• Assist the Mill Manager in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements from DOE, DOSH, Labour Department, MPOB, and MSPO.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure cleanliness on the production floor.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
