Production Manager

· Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company.

· Good communication, coordination, and staff management skills.

· Experience with ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 highly desirable.

Tasks & Responsibilities

· Manage production in order to meet production schedule, quality, and business targets.

· Forecast, plan, and fulfill department capability, raw material, and human resource requirements.

· Minimize operating costs, maximize productivity and efficiency, and achieve operations measures.

· Ensure production fully complies with the Company’s Quality, Environment System, and Safety.

· Lead and motivate the entire team of production staff to meet required results.

· Interface with Engineering, Quality Assurance, material, and management to discuss and determine solutions to manufacturing issues.

· Ensure good housekeeping on the production floor at all times.

· Ensure and enforce company safety standard requirements for both subordinates and equipment.

· Perform other duties assigned by superior.
