We are looking for:

Production Manager

Industry: Technology

Location: Senai, Johor

Job Description:

1. Manage production processes, ensuring efficiency and resource readiness.
2. Plan and supervise production to meet schedules, quality, and specifications.
3. Lead and motivate the team to optimize performance.
4. Oversee material supply flow and inventory.
5. Ensure quality control in assembly processes.
6. Experience in PCBA/PCB manufacturing; SMT familiarity is a plus.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering or related fields.
2. 8+ years for Assistant Manager or 10+ years for Manager roles in manufacturing.
3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
4. E&E industry experience preferred.
