Plan, organise, lead and control all production area and support department in order to achieve Plant Quality, Speed, Cost, People objectives, overall lead and drive for those KPIs, improve manpower utilization within existing department and process.
Schedule stability that allow for maximum return on efficiencies. Achievement of main KPI which are daily volume and scrap.
People
Responsible to apply required disciplinary procedures with subordinates that do not follow company policy and rules, as well as to apply PEP for subordinates who are not performing to required standard.
Responsible to identify specific training needs for his/her team members and ensure the development and training of people are carried out via support from HR and SFT.
Process
Analyze and improve all working procedures related to production improvements.
Management, coordination and troubleshooting of activities related to daily output, scrap, rework workoff and non-conforming components.
Introduction of projects related to production improvement, steering, leading and participating where required.

Accept the responsibility and strive for excellence in all work processes and outcomes, honoring organization policies and all regulatory requirements.
Safety and Environment
Understanding and adherence to environmental, safety and health policy, procedures and regulations issued by ESH Department and also take care of own safety as well as working colleagues within the Plant premises.
