Production Leader

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team to meet operational goals and maintain quality standards.
• Implement production schedules and coordinate workflow to ensure targets are met while adhering to safety regulations.
• Analyze production metrics and identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all production activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain, to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Follow all ISO, Halal, HACCP & GMPs requirements and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least SPM with related working experience.
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the food processing industry, FMCG environment, or in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and able to work independently.
• Willing to work in Kulai, Johor.
