Production Executive/Supervisor

• Enforces company policies and guidelines
• Contacts appropriate sources for repair issues
• Introduce employees on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow
• Resolves issues and disputes between manufacturing employees
• Compliance of daily schedules and work closely with Production Planner
• Communicates with and work closely with other manufacturing departments as needed
• Regularly inspect the production process, equipment and facilities.
• Compiles and analyses production records
• Coordinate and work closely with Warehouse to ensure smooth supplies of raw materials for production and delivers of finished goods into the warehouse respectively.
• Supervise the daily production operations by overseeing daily operations, monitoring production schedules, managing the workflow.
• Monitor the performance of the subordinates, provide feedback and support to the subordinates.
• Provide training to the subordinates on the operation process, by referring to the SOP/ guideline and protocol set.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring production efficiency (including machine operations, wastage, workflow arrangement).
• Ensure the compliance of food safety and quality standard throughout the operation process.
• Assist in root cause analysis in production issue and product quality, troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions.
• Required to perform hands-on tasks on the production line in the event of the manpower shortage.
• Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards - Implement and maintain safety requirements in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Food Safety Team Responsibilities - Actively contribute as a member of the Food Safety Team by coordinating and enhancing food safety measures. Promptly report any detected quality or food safety issues to the supervisor and assist in resolving them.
• Ethical and Regulatory Compliance - Uphold high ethical standards and adhere to all applicable regulations and company guidelines.
• Process Improvement - Continuously identify opportunities to improve work processes and implement relevant enhancements.
• Staffing and Development (Applicable for Senior Executives and above) -Assess staffing requirements, evaluate employee performance, and promote training and professional growth initiatives.
• Other Responsibilities - Perform additional tasks or assignments as directed by the immediate superior or management.
