Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Supervise operators and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate material availability.
• Ensure equipment is well-maintained and safety protocols are followed.
• Prepare production reports and share updates with management.

Job Requirement:

• Production Planning and Production Management skills
• Quality Control expertise
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field
• Good in using computer
