PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE, PLANNER (FOOD SCIENCE)

• Evaluate purchase orders and create suitable production schedules with production team
• Manage and schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production levels
• Work closely with marketing department to fulfil customer requirements on orders
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay for orders
• Identify and resolve problems relating to inventory
• Address issues regarding quality and production
• Obtain and gather output information
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports
• Sensory assessment
• Collaborate with quality controls, warehouses, shipping and other departments
• Forecast raw materials to purchasing team

Job Requirement

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology/Food Science or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Proven experience as production planner
• Good at math and statistics
