Production Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Must be a good planner, coordinate, manage and monitor the entire production to ensure timely completion of scheduled production targets.
2. Manage resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
3. Ensure that all production activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
4. Comply with all required certification programs.
5. Manage a small team of production workers while coordinating with the administration and lab departments. Must be a good communicator at all levels.
6. Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
7. Ensure that all production equipment and machinery are maintained in good working condition.
8. Safely manage all work processes involving employees and work colleagues to ensure a safe working environment for all as the top priority.
9. Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of all work and raw materials.
10. May be required to formulate new products from time to time upon requests from customers.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity where the candidate is able to work with minimum supervision while leading a team.
2. Suitably qualified with degree certification in Chemistry or a similar capacity.
3. Familiar with Malaysia laws and regulatory requirements both on a state and national level; international requirements will be helpful.
4. Due to the dynamic business environment, it may be required to work outside of normal working hours, on public holidays, and weekends.
