Production Executive

Dong Foong Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is a contract manufacturer of herbal products, health food supplements, and functional foods based in Kajang/Semenyih Selangor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
• Willing to work in Kajang and Semenyih area
• Own transport and willing to travel between production plants
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English
• Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Experience in formulation and laboratory work will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Halal standards
• Able to work under stress with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Tablet production (new production line)
• Assist QC and Production Manager
• Ensure the products are produced according to the schedule
• Record the final production output, quality of material/packaging damaged, and material rejected at the end of the production
• Record any reworked products and semi-finished products inventory at the end of the production run
• Keep the record for any reworked done, such as the reasons, the action taken, the quantity, and the recommendation
• Keep the record of batch manufacturing code according to the material number, the batch size, the manufacturing date, the expiry date, and the pack size
• Record the temperature and humidity of raw material store as well as in the production area
