Production Executive

About the role

This is a full-time Production Executive position at MOH PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD, based in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Production Executive, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing operations of this leading pharmaceutical technology company. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and effective production planning and scheduling to support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demand and sales forecasts
• Scheduling production activities and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitoring production processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Analysing production data and generating reports to track key performance indicators
• Collaborating with the quality assurance team to maintain product quality and compliance
• Providing support and guidance to production team members to enhance their skills and productivity
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new production techniques and technologies

What we're looking for

• Degree in Production/Operations Management, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling and control techniques
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using relevant software tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
