Job description

· Responsible for directing, organizing and overseeing production activities.

· Ensure production processes are completed in accordance with established quality management and production standards.

· Responsible for the full spectrum of production functions, including productivity, quality performance & process improvement.

· Ensure that all production operators maintain good manufacturing practice, 5S, hygiene, and workplace safety practices.

· Ensure production activities follow Food Safety and Quality Management System.

· Ensure production planning, output, and goals are achieved.

· Improve production effectiveness by proper manpower and job arrangement.

REQUIREMENT:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar role.

· Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000), quality control, and production processes.

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Proficiency in production planning and process optimization.

· Familiarity with food processing machinery, raw material handling, and inventory management.

· Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and hygiene protocols in the food industry.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage shifts, and meet production targets.
