Production Executive

You will lead the manufacturing effort between production/manufacturing teams including subcontractors, maintenance team & site rolling team.

What You'll Do

1. Carry out production planning and scheduling.
2. Highlight and resolve production issues, escalate & follow-up with the relevant functional groups.
3. Take on the role of Single Point Accountable (SPA) person for site on Control of Work (CoW) Standards.
4. Work with warehouse to ensure prompt delivery of material kits.
5. Lead an innovative group to improve, upgrade machinery performance and solve production problems.
6. Liaise with material purchase and Planning Coordinator constantly to determine customer requirements and ensure prompt delivery.
7. Implement ISO 9000 & 14000 system closely and ensure work instructions are carried out effectively.
8. Provide in-house training program to upgrade knowledge and skills of Line Leaders and Machine Operators.
9. Ensure that all machines are in good operating condition by carrying out preventive maintenance periodically.
10. Ensure that housekeeping activities of various sections are carried out regularly and satisfactorily.
11. Act as the Safety Officer of the company by observing safety rules and regulations and taking precautionary measures.

What You'll Need to Succeed

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing/building/construction industry.
3. Having certification as an OSH Coordinator would be an added advantage.
4. Familiar with ISO standards.
5. Well-versed with manufacturing process knowledge.
