Production Executive

Your new company

My client is a local plastic manufacturer that provides innovative packaging solutions to various industries. With the rapid business growth, they are looking for a Production Executive who has experience of handling blow-moulding machines, ensuring efficient production, quality, and adherence to specifications, including machine operation, and maintenance.

Your new role

1. Monitoring blow moulding machine operations and maintenance.

2. Troubleshooting electrical issues on machines to ensure a smooth production process and reduce downtime.

3. Identify and address production issues, implement corrective actions, and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and quality.

4. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations within the production area.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Polymer/ Manufacturing Engineering.

2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with blow moulding processes in a manufacturing environment.

3. Proven track record of handling maintenance work and troubleshooting blow-moulding machinery.

4. Deep understanding of the blow-moulding processes and the relevant machinery and software.

5. Great understanding of quality control standards and testing methods for injection moulding products.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
