Production Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, direct, and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet production schedules.
2. Responsible for the management of efficiency and effectiveness in the utilization of man, machine, and materials in production.
3. Control of inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
4. Optimize the utilization of production equipment & facilities for cost-effectiveness.
5. Lead the team to produce high-quality products on time & at a cost consistent with the Company’s objectives.
6. Work with relevant departments to eliminate production problems, effect improvement, and maintain a high quality level, and spearhead action plans.
7. Accountable to deliver quality output in a timely manner at the most competitive cost to the Company.
8. Trainer to Production personnel on production procedures, test methods, and operations of production equipment.
9. Prepare reports on production efficiency against budgeted targets.
10. Initiate problem-solving and troubleshooting processes and reduce process and production-related problems and delays.
11. Ensure production areas are clean and maintained up to an acceptable housekeeping standard to reflect the quality of the Company’s products.
12. Drive productivity improvement programs.
13. Responsible for continuous improvement of yield and product quality through the application of statistical and engineering methodology.
14. Plan & coordinate the implementation of new projects in a timely manner to facilitate production.
15. Identify methods to improve the existing work process and existing material flow to maximize the utilization of resources.
16. Develop & implement new processes & technology applications to maximize production efficiency, quality & yield.
17. Perform any other duties as Management may require from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in manufacturing.
3. Good leadership and interpersonal skills.

This position will be located in Chon Buri, Thailand.
