Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall production performance including production efficiency, wastage, usage variance, and material efficiency.
• Propose actions needed to improve production processes to ensure production meets targets set.
• Prepare and present daily reports to the Production Manager.
• Monitor the production process to ensure production runs according to specifications.
• Ensure production can meet order fulfillment.
• Supervise and motivate subordinates in day-to-day operations.
• Assist superiors in updating ISO/FSSC/HACCP master documents.
• Execute and control daily activities schedule as planned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn, adaptable, problem-solving, and independent.
• Possess good communication skills with superiors and subordinates.
