PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

1. Overseeing production processes, managing staff and driving efficiency to meet production targets and quality standards.
2. Monitor production output and identify areas for cost reduction and waste minimization.
3. Lead, motivate and develop a team of production personnel.
4. Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide clear instructions.
5. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for continuous improvement.
6. Maintain a positive and safe work environment.
7. Analyze production data to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
8. Present reports to superiors and discuss any production issues or improvement opportunities.
9. Promote safety culture within the production team.
10. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing.
2. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as production executive.
3. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
